This position is responsible for the design and delivery of a variety of training courses to improve individual and organizational performance. Involves creating pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs and seizing opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit and organizational performance. The scope of training responsibility includes: design and facilitate training related to policy, development, and competency. Developing and tracking metrics for Return On Investment and sustainability of engagement.
