The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop the marketing plan for the Village and oversee implementation of lead generation, retention activities and other sales efforts as defined in the plan. Will plan and implement networking, community outreach and public relation activities. Is responsible for the management and development of marketing staff. Works closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing on articulating the "story" of The Village and other various projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Five years related experience required experience in senior housing or related field preferred.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking systems.
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Must have ability to work long hours including evening and weekends on occasion.
