The Memory Care Manager is responsible for coordination of all clinical, programming and staffing aspects of the Memory Care Program at the Community. This care includes assisting the residents and their families in maintaining the physical and emotional health of each individual. In addition, all aspects of the program including oversight (administration, supervision, and appropriate documentation) of all medications. Maintain program standards. Organize, monitor and direct an ongoing activity-based program consistent with company and community philosophy. Assure staff training for activity-based program success. Assist in care-giving as needed.
Efficient Computer knowledge and use of Microsoft products, word processing, spreadsheets database systems, time keeping systems, online learning systems, email and all other computer generated systems.
Certificates & Licenses:
Credential in Alzheimer’s Care, Home Care, and/or Assisted Living Management as per applicable state requirements.
Current CPR and First Aid credentials.
