    The primary responsibilities of this very important role is external marketing, community outreach, lead generation, and building strategic relationships. Planning and implementing networking, community outreach and public relations activities to support the communities, generate new leads and reduce reliance on external referral agencies. In conjunction with corporate marketing team, develop and track marketing strategies including digital strategies, collaterals, and advertising.  Will work in close collaboration with Operations and community marketing teams.  Will serve as backup for sales processes, as needed.  


    • Minimum of Bachelors degree in marketing and/or commensurate sales and marketing experience required.
    • Five years successful experience in sales and marketing for retirement housing or related field preferred.
    • Valid Drivers license required.

    Computer Skills:

    • Must be computer literate
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to use sales/lead tracking systems
    • Knowledge of Word, Excel and sales tracking systems required.
