Position Summary

Sales and Leasing activities for the village. Plan, coordinate, or perform activities concerning the renovation project, facilities, and grounds. Participate in the conceptual development of projects and oversees the relocation process of residents including assessing, scheduling and notifying residents.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties

  1. Maintain budgeted occupancy through sales and leasing activities
  2. Respond to inquiries and provides sales information regarding the Village in a timely
  3. Schedule and conduct Village tours to provide education about Village and services to potential resident and or families by personally guiding through areas of the Village that provide current or potential future needs.
  4. Assist with all sales and marketing efforts to increase referrals and reputation including but not limited to on-site events, off-site events (i.e. expositions, PVM sponsored events, ), outreach, networking and relationship building meetings.
  5. Develop relationships with prospective residents to facilitate the sales process by identifying needs, keeping in contact, and providing following-up.
  6. Sell the Village housing accommodations and additional services offered by the Village to prospective residents by using appropriate promotional material and
  7. Enter all leads into CRM database including website leads and conducts appropriate follow up in a timely
  8. Assist with information gathering and establish resident and prospect records including but not limited to: filing, revising and updating records, charts, etc., gathering required data and documentation, and data input
  9. Promote housing accommodations and additional services offered by the Village to increase
  10. Plan, organize, schedule and direct efforts concerning the renovation of the building and grounds of village required to meet the project needs and
  11. Requisition supplies or materials to complete
  12. Engages with outside contractors and other staff working on
  13. Is the lead staff on all aspects of the relocation efforts
  14. Maintain accurate records of in-process as well as completed projects
  15. Creates and maintains all physical and electronic project files in accordance with the PVM and FA Department’s records management policy;
  16. Interfaces with project participants and prepares routine, non-technical correspondence (such as letters, memos, meeting notes);
  17. Develop and implement quality control programs to insure quality of work, accuracy, adherence to specifications etc.
  18. Works with the project team to develop policies and procedures  for daily operations (all functions) of the renovation efforts;
  19. Prepare and submit progress reports to development team.
  20. Attend and participate in all appropriate meetings and training opportunities in order to keep informed on current information and skill development.
  21. Follow established policies and procedures including but not limited to:
    • Presbyterian Villages policies and
    • Safety policies and
    • Federal, state and local
  22. All other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities

Education: 

Associate's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.

Experience:

One to three years related experience

Computer Skills:

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook,

 Other Requirements:

Job may require flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization
