Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, eating, dressing, and bathing. Encourages residents to function at their maximum capabilities.
Directs and supervises the nursing staff and Resident Assistants ensuring quality care in accordance with all applicable standards, guidelines and regulations. Performs various resident care treatments/services and assists in the coordination, direction and management of the department to provide for the needs, safety and comfort of the residents.
