The responsibility of the Dining Services Director is to oversee the daily and long-term operations of the food service department including administrative and managerial tasks. Hiring and training new dining services leaders and employees, scheduling delivery services, overseeing purchasing orders.
Oversee the planning, preparation and cooking of meals for residents, visitors, and other guests. Hire, discipline schedule and train of dietary staff. Order or purchase supplies and food
orders for dietary department.

The responsibilities of the Registered Clinical Dietician is to create a nutrition plan to improve the health, and wellness of senior residents. Duties include, but are not limited to, analyzing a resident’s health status, goals, and dietary restrictions while maintaining progress and providing educational tools for staff and residents to implement. The Registered Dietitian continually studies emerging trends and stays current on new research related to the practice of dietetics, and educates the culinary staff on pertinent topics related to human nutrition and culinary service.
