The ideal leader of this assisted living community will have clinical experience and is responsible for the coordination, direction, training, and management of staff, ensuring the needs, safety and comfort of the residents are met. Assesses and monitors resident’s condition, and assist in performing resident care services as needed. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred, but not required. Associates or Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, Gerontology, Social Work or the equivalent experience.

Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain Presbyterian Villages and resident rooms/units and common areas.
Prepare and cook meals for residents, visitors, and other guests.
Builds, installs, repairs and/or maintains machinery, equipment, physical structures, building systems and outside environment.
Coordinates, directs, leads and supervises the Independent Living, Assisted Living/Memory Loss , and the Wellness staff in order to fully meet resident needs. Responsible for developing/carrying out strategic initiatives and action plans that are in alignment with PVM’s system-wide Strategic Objectives and Goals. Acts as Site Coordinator Risk Management
Provides high quality, customer focused wellness programs designed to enhance the health and wellbeing residents that are consistent with PVM’s mission, vision, beliefs, values and strategic goals.
Perform any combination of duties to maintain resident’s health and well-being by assisting them with daily living activities such as grooming, eating, dressing, and bathing. Also maintain cleanliness of resident rooms/units and common areas including kitchen and laundry. Assist food service department including the preparation, service and clean-up of food service to residents, visitors, and staff.
