Perform a variety of tasks related to food service department including the preparation, service and clean up of food service to residents, visitors, and staff.
Performs various resident care treatments/services and assists in the coordination, direction and management of the nursing unit(s) to provide for the needs, safety and comfort of the residents. Licensing required.

Coordinates and documents the care assessments in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations. Oversees and guides the
MDS process throughout the facility.
Directs and supervises the nursing staff and Resident Assistants ensuring quality care in accordance with all applicable standards, guidelines and regulations.
